Simu DM16 Hz Motor Replacement Process

Thank you for participating in the inspection and replacement of SIMU DMI6 Hz motors. Please follow the steps on the following pages to order replacement motors and/or to return retrieved motors and begin the claim review process. Please be reminded that documentation and recalled motors are required to be eligible for compensation. We appreciate your support in this process.

To order replacement motors please start with Step1 A for Dealers or Step 1B if you are an OEM/Direct SIMU Customer.
